Learning Coach
-
Program coaches work directly with learners in grades 3-12 to provide interactive learning experiences. Programs run between 1-12 weeks depending upon partnership models.
Coaches must go through the Founders Mark training program and demonstrate the ability to utilize the curriculum and Learning Lab platform to deliver exceptional experiences for every learner.
Time commitment can range between 3-10 hours/week, depending upon your interest and our scheduled programs.

-Lead learning experiences to ensure every student grows through the development of skills and mindset.
-Manage a classroom of up to 15 learners and ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
-Nurture founder learning opportunities every day
-Prepare for classroom experiences in advance of learning days
-Capture data and review and evaluate learner performances
-Communicate regularly with the Founders Mark team and partners.

Coachess are often certified teachers, possess a graduate degree, and/or have entrepreneurial experiences. Certified teaching experience is not required but is strongly considered.
-Excellent engagement skills with young learners
-Highly motivated to make a positive impact on young learners
-2-5 years of experience working with youth
-Adaptable in real-time to ensure every learner has the best opportunity to excel
-Reliable and professional in serving our partners and the youth they serve
-Successful with independent and team environments
-Great classroom management skills
-Highly curious about how to get the best outcomes for every single learner
-Ability to cultivate a fun and safe environment for all learners
-Proficient with digital technology-able to navigate platforms and learn new things
-An education degree is preferred but not required

Content Creator
-
Founders Mark is seeking a talented content creator who can support both marketing and curriculum content development. This role is a creative, strategic, and production-focused role that helps Founders Mark achieve our goals of making meaningful impacts in the lives of young learners.

-Develop content in support of Founders Mark marketing: Quarterly newsletter, social media posts, website updates
-Develop content to support curriculum using Articulate/Rise/Storyline
-Review and edit content across all digital assets
-Design content within brand standards

-Copywriting
-Copy Editing

-Video Production is a plus!
-Ability to evaluate the performance of content and optimize to support goals
