Program Manager

    Founders Mark is an impact organization that empowers youth to unleash fearlessness and become owners in all aspects of their lives. We do this through entrepreneurial mindset programs that foster key skills so they can thrive.

    We are a quickly growing EdTech company based in StartUp Virginia offices in downtown Richmond and we are looking for an ambitious, creative problem solver who wants to make an impact with their time and talents.

    To do this well, you will need to:

    • Serve as a key relationship manager with clients to coordinate program details such as timing, learning environment, coach assignments, and the reporting of program outcomes.

    • Nurture and grow existing partnerships to ensure our clients are informed about new program opportunities and are fully supported in reaching their organization’s goals

    • Understand the nuances of every client’s community of learners to ensure the appropriate learning experiences for their learners.

    • Develop a process to allow us to scale our program management from serving regional to national client partnerships.

    The role is remote position based in Richmond, Virginia. Time will be split between remote work and in-person workshops at our offices in Richmond, Virginia, (Startup Virginia, 1717 E. Cary Street). We must be focused and available during after-school hours (3 pm-6 pm) for our clients and coaches.

    The role is a full-time salaried position. We offer healthcare, paid time off, and a monthly wellness budget.

  • Responsibilities

    • Serve as a direct point of contact for our clients to ensure their programs run effectively and they have regular communications about learner progress and outcomes.

    • Collaborate with the Learning Coordinator to ensure coaches are trained and assigned to support the engagement.

    • Manage the ordering and delivery of program supplies.

    • Develop scalable processes to support the expansion of our programs.

    • Solicit program feedback from our clients and develop an ongoing process for review and actionable improvements.

    • Collaborate with CEO and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
