    We are a quickly growing EdTech company based in StartUp Virginia offices in downtown Richmond and we are looking for an ambitious, creative problem solver who wants to make an impact with their time and talents.

    The Learning Coordinator role is pivotal to our ability to ensure excellence in the delivery of our learning experiences for our par,ners our coaches, and our learners. Your primary objective is to ensure the highest quality of learning experiences for EVERY learner we have the privilege of serving.

    To do this well, you will need to:

    • Develop high-value partnerships with each Learning Coach who you recruit, train, and manage.

    • Understand the nuances of every partner’s community of learners to ensure the appropriate learning experiences for their learners.

    • Leverage our team management app and training curriculum to create a world-class coaching team

    The role is a hybrid role based in Richmond, Virginia. Time will be split between our offices at StartUp Virginia, (1717 E. Cary Street), remote, and on-site at client locations. It is imperative that we are focused and available during after-school hours (3 pm-6 pm) for our clients and coaches. Office hours are 10 am-6 pm.

    This is a full-time salaried position with 10 paid vacation days/year. Vacation times align with school calendars and are taken during the winter holiday. You will also receive 10 personal days/year to be taken throughout the year.

  • Responsibilities

    • Identify, train, manage, and develop coaches to successfully deliver Founders Mark programs.

    • Reports to CEO, partner with our Program Director

    • Manage the day-to-day placement of coaches at partner sites, ensuring supplies are provided, communications are clear and effective and contingency plans are in place for emergencies that arise.

    • Solicit program feedback from coaches and develop an ongoing process for curriculum feedback.

    • Availability for curriculum questions, placing substitutes, and technology troubleshooting during program times, (generally 2pm-5pm on school nights and daytime hours during our summer season)

    • Review & approve monthly coach invoices.

    • Site visits to observe coaches.

    • Administer coach feedback survey and relay to Founders Mark team.

    • Build and maintain rapport for the retention of coaches.
